Uplifted Yoga

Refund Policy

When a payment is returned, and how to ask.

Services and appointments

Refunds for individual sessions follow the notice period set out in the cancellation policy. Cancel in time and the payment is refunded or held as credit; cancel late or miss the appointment and the fee is retained, because the time was reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

Memberships and passes

A recurring plan can be cancelled at any time to stop further billing. The period already paid for runs to its end rather than being refunded part-way, and access continues until then.

Digital products

Recordings, downloads and course access are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so they are not refundable once accessed. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not what was described, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Courses and trainings

Each programme carries its own withdrawal terms, which are published with it and shown before you pay. Where a deposit secures a limited place, that deposit is committed once the place is held.

Goods

Unopened, unused items in resalable condition can be returned within the window shown at checkout. Return postage is the customer's unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, consumable and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened. Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded in full, including postage.

If a session is cancelled by us

If Uplifted Yoga has to cancel or cannot deliver, you choose between rescheduling, a credit, or a full refund of what you paid.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects the rights you have under consumer law, including any cooling-off period that applies to your purchase.

How to request a refund

Get in touch through the contact page with the booking or order reference and the date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the payment provider's own processing time then applies.
